COUPLES · SACRED VALLEY, PERU · OCT 29 - NOV 5 2026Paths of Sacred Partnership
What to Expect
In Peru, the pace of life slows in a way your nervous system can finally feel. The mountains hold you, the land softens you, and the noise you didn’t realize you were carrying begins to fall away. Over seven intentional days, you and your partner will move through a rhythm of sacred travel, guided relationship exploration, embodied healing, and moments of pure joy — all designed to help you reconnect not through effort, but through presence. This retreat is not about fixing your relationship. It’s about remembering the truth of it, together, in a place where your love has room to breathe again.
❋ Experiences & ExplorationYour week includes a panoramic glass‑train journey to Machu Picchu, a traditional Despacho ceremony, a tree‑planting ritual, a Peruvian sound bath, and off‑site adventures through sacred sites and local villages. Throughout the retreat, you’ll also experience nature immersion, cultural connection, and spacious free time to rest, wander, integrate, or simply be together.
❋ NourishmentAll meals are prepared by an on‑site chef and crafted to support energy, digestion, grounding, and pleasure. Meals are slow, shared, and intentional — becoming part of the medicine of the week as you reconnect through presence, conversation, and simple enjoyment.
❋ Expert FacilitationGuided by Sally and Christy, who bring together decades of clinical wisdom, somatic healing, and embodied leadership. Their shared approach creates a grounded, safe space where women can soften, breathe, and return to themselves.
❋ A Supportive SpaceYou’ll stay in an intimate retreat venue surrounded by mountains and gardens, with cozy accommodations, gathering spaces, and quiet corners for reflection. The environment is designed to feel nurturing and held — a place where your nervous system can settle, your relationship can breathe, and your connection can deepen naturally.
What Awaits You Both in Peru
A blend of sacred ceremony, breathtaking landscapes, cultural immersion, and shared exploration — all woven to deepen your connection and awaken joy.
Accommodations
Your home for the week is an intimate retreat space nestled between mountains, gardens, and open sky — a setting chosen for its calm, grounding energy. The accommodations are cozy, comfortable, and designed to support deep rest, with quiet corners to read, journal, or simply breathe in the stillness. Shared spaces invite connection, while private areas offer room to unwind at your own pace. With nourishing meals prepared on‑site and the natural beauty of the Sacred Valley surrounding you, the venue becomes a sanctuary — a place where your nervous system can settle, your body can soften, and your relationship can exhale into the spaciousness of the land.
Ceremony, Ritual & Meaning
Peru invites you into experiences that are both ancient and deeply personal. Throughout the week, you’ll be welcomed into Andean traditions that honor your intentions and your partnership — from the opening Despacho ceremony to the tree‑planting ritual that becomes a living symbol of your growth. A Peruvian sound bath softens the body and opens the heart, while visits to sacred sites offer moments of awe, grounding, and connection to something larger than yourselves.
Adventure Held With Ease
Every detail of your journey is handled for you, allowing you to fully exhale into the experience. You’ll travel by panoramic glass train to Machu Picchu, explore ancient villages, and wander breathtaking Andean landscapes — all at a pace that feels spacious and accessible. Because Peru sits at high altitude, we build in acclimatization time so your body can settle gently. Activities are designed for most fitness levels, and we’ll discuss any considerations during your pre‑retreat intake.
Grounded, Compassionate Support
Our relationship sessions are trauma‑aware, respectful, and designed to help you explore your dynamic with honesty and care. We move through communication patterns, emotional distance, stress, and the subtle ways disconnection shows up — always in a way that feels safe and never forced. You will never be put on the spot. Sharing is invited, not required. And if you’re unsure whether this retreat is the right fit, pre‑registration opens a conversation, not a commitment. We’ll connect personally to ensure this journey truly supports you both.
Where Your Relationship Can Breathe
For the Two of You Finding Your Way Back
This retreat is for couples who have walked through life side by side — steady, capable, committed — yet can feel the subtle drift that happens when responsibilities grow louder than connection. It’s for partners who hold so much for others, who move through the world with strength, but rarely have the spaciousness to soften into one another. It’s for the two of you who want to feel close again, who want to understand each other with more tenderness, who want to move through your days in a rhythm that feels shared rather than parallel.
You’ll feel at home here if you’re longing for deeper communication, more honest intimacy, and a way of relating that feels nourishing instead of rushed. If you’re ready to look gently at the patterns that keep you stuck, if you’re willing to listen, reflect, and show up with curiosity, this space will meet you. Whether you’re a same‑sex or opposite‑sex couple, whether you’ve been together for years or are rebuilding something new — you don’t need to be perfect. Only willing.
This retreat is not designed for couples in active crisis or in dynamics that feel unsafe. It isn’t the right fit if you’re seeking individual therapy, if you’re hoping for quick fixes, or if you’re not open to shared responsibility. And if you prefer constant stimulation, tightly packed schedules, or environments that stay on the surface, this experience may feel too spacious, too honest, too real. We honor discernment and trust you to choose the support that truly serves you.
Because this isn’t a getaway. It’s a return.

Not at all. This retreat is for couples who love one another and want to grow — not for those with flawless partnerships. If you’re willing to show up, listen, reflect, and be seen, you’re ready. Willingness is the only requirement.
-
This is an intentionally intimate retreat. We keep the group small to ensure deep connection, personal attention, and a safe, supportive container. Space is limited, which is why pre‑registration matters.
