What We Experienced

In October 2024, a small circle of women gathered in the lush landscapes of Costa Rica for a deeply personal and transformative retreat led by Christy Studant of Live Powerfully and Sally Davidson of Rooted Soul. This intimate experience was designed to help participants reconnect with their inner truth, release what no longer served them, and step into the life they were ready to claim.

Held in a serene tropical setting, the retreat offered a sacred pause - an invitation to realign, recharge, and remember the power within.

A Retreat Rooted in Intention

Costa Rica 2024 was more than a getaway, it was a sacred container for growth, clarity, and embodiment. Through movement, breath, ceremony, and connection, participants were invited to manifest their destiny with intention and grace.

The retreat offered a rare opportunity to step out of the noise and into a rhythm that honored each woman’s unique path. It was a week of deep listening, powerful release, and soulful expansion.

Surrounded by the vibrant beauty of Costa Rica’s coastline, participants were nourished by the land, the practices, and the presence of one another. From shared meals to private sessions, every moment was crafted to support transformation in a way that felt safe, spacious, and alive.
