SACRED VALLEY, PERU · 8 NIGHTS · APRIL 11-19th 2027Earth Medicine
What to Expect
In Peru, life moves with a steadiness your whole system can finally relax into. The Valley meets you with a kind of presence that settles your edges, and the weight you’ve been carrying begins to loosen without you having to force a thing. Over eight intentional nights, you’ll move through a rhythm of ceremony, earth‑based healing, plant teachings, and moments of deep connection — all created to help you return to yourself not through striving, but through allowing. This retreat isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about remembering the woman you already are, in a place where your healing has space to open and breathe again.
❋ Experiences & ExplorationOver eight nights, you’ll move through a rhythm of plant ceremony, breathwork, healing yoga, plant teachings, a village overnight, a sacred lagoon hike, and a pilgrimage to Machu Picchu. Each experience is designed to open you gently, deepen your connection to the land, and awaken what’s ready to shift.
❋ Earth Medicine CeremoniesA week of intentional, heart‑opening ritual rooted in Andean tradition. You’ll learn from sacred plants, take part in ceremonies that help you release what you’ve been carrying, offer a Despacho to Pachamama, and — if you feel called — experience the gentle clarity of San Pedro. Each moment is held with reverence, grounding, and deep connection to the land.
❋ Expert FacilitationGuided by Sally and Christy, who bring together decades of clinical wisdom, somatic healing, and embodied leadership. Their shared approach creates a grounded, safe space where women can soften, breathe, and return to themselves.
❋ A Supportive SpaceYou’ll be held by an intimate community of women, by the wisdom of indigenous tradition, and by the Sacred Valley itself. This is a space where sisterhood forms naturally, where your healing is witnessed with compassion, and where you can soften into the safety of being fully supported.
What Awaits You in Peru
A journey shaped by the spirit of the Andes — where ceremony, wild beauty, cultural connection, and meaningful exploration come together to open you, steady you, and invite you into deeper relationship with yourself.
Accommodations
Your home for the week is a serene retreat space held by mountains, gardens, and the quiet hum of the Sacred Valley, a place chosen for its grounding, heart‑opening energy. Rooms are warm, simple, and deeply comforting, with spaces to rest, journal, or settle into stillness. Communal areas invite connection and shared moments, while private corners offer room to unwind at your own pace. With nourishing meals prepared on‑site and the land surrounding you in every direction, the venue becomes a sanctuary; a place where your body can soften, your breath can deepen, and your healing can unfold in its own natural rhythm.
Ritual as a Pathway Home
Ceremony is the heartbeat of Earth Medicine, the place where intention becomes experience and the unseen becomes felt. In Peru, ritual is not an event; it is a way of relating to the land, to spirit, and to the truth within yourself. Each practice you step into - from plant teachings to breathwork to offerings made with your own hands - carries meaning shaped by lineage, reverence, and the living wisdom of the Andes. These moments invite you to slow down, listen deeply, and meet yourself with honesty and tenderness. Through ceremony, you remember what you’ve been carrying, what you’re ready to release, and what is waiting to open next.
Held by Land, Ceremony & Exploration
A week of exploration held with gentleness and intention. You’ll move through plant teachings, heart‑opening ceremony, somatic breathwork, healing yoga, and a meaningful service project — all balanced with immersive experiences across the Sacred Valley. From offering a Despacho to Pachamama, to hiking to sacred lagoons, to spending a night in a mountain village, to standing in the presence of Machu Picchu and wandering the ancient streets of Cusco, each moment invites awe, connection, and quiet expansion. For those who feel called, an optional San Pedro ceremony offers an additional layer of clarity and communion with the natural world. Every experience is guided with care so you can explore widely while feeling deeply supported.
Grounded, Compassionate Support
Everything about this retreat is intentionally designed for women who are ready to stop waiting and start becoming. The container is trauma‑informed, somatically grounded, and held with deep reverence for the earth and for you. You’ll be supported by an intimate group of women, by the wisdom of indigenous ceremony, and by the land itself — where every practice, every excursion, and every shared meal becomes part of the medicine. And the care continues long after you leave Peru. Your journey includes a post‑retreat integration session, a virtual circle where you reconnect with your sisters, receive somatic and breathwork support, and explore practical tools for weaving your insights into daily life. This space ensures that your return home feels grounded, supported, and gently held.
A Soft Opening Into Your TruthFor the Woman Feeling the Call to Go Deeper
This retreat is for women who feel a deep pull toward something more honest, more embodied, more connected — a knowing that the next chapter of their healing won’t come from staying in familiar patterns, but from stepping into a space where the earth, the body, and ceremony meet. It’s for those who have carried so much for so long, who move through the world with strength, but rarely have the spaciousness to soften, release, and be held. It’s for women who crave real sisterhood, who want to be seen without performing, and who long for an experience that expands their inner world as much as it expands their outer one.
You’ll feel at home here if you’re drawn to plant medicine and earth‑based ritual but want to enter it safely, intentionally, and with reverence. If you’re ready to let go of old stories living in your body, to meet yourself with tenderness, and to explore the Sacred Valley in a way that feels meaningful rather than rushed. If you know your becoming requires depth — ceremony, breath, sisterhood, and the land itself — this space will meet you.
This retreat is not designed for women who are unwilling to engage with plant medicine or earth‑based practices, as these are woven throughout the entire experience. It may not be the right fit if you’re in acute mental‑health crisis or on medications contraindicated with plant medicine; your safety comes first. And if you’re seeking a luxury vacation, constant stimulation, or a tightly structured itinerary, this journey may feel too spacious, too honest, too real. We honor discernment and trust you to choose the support that truly serves you.
| A homecoming to your body, your breath, and the truth that’s been waiting beneath the noise.

Our retreats are rooted in trauma‑informed practices that honor choice, consent, personal agency, and emotional safety. While many women experience powerful insights and transformation, this retreat is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or trauma‑specific support. Our facilitators are trained in coaching, breathwork, embodiment, and personal development — not acting as licensed therapists or medical providers.
-
Expect a blend of depth and joy, meaningful workshops, ceremony, sisterhood, adventure, laughter, connection, and moments you’ll remember long after you return home. Transformation happens in the quiet moments and the celebratory ones.
-
Space is intentionally limited to 12 women. When it’s full, it’s full.
-
Your journey doesn’t end when you board your flight home. As part of your Earth Medicine retreat, you’ll receive a bonus post‑retreat group integration session held virtually after you return. Integration is one of the most important - and often overlooked - parts of deep healing work. It gives you the space to land, to process, and to weave what happened in Peru into the fabric of your everyday life.
During this session, you will:
Reconnect with your sisters and share how the medicine is moving in your life
Receive somatic and breathwork support for anything still arising
Explore practical tools for anchoring your insights into lasting change
Be held in continued community so re‑entry feels grounded, not jarring
This is our commitment to you - that what begins in Peru continues to unfold, supported and witnessed, long after you come home.
