The Goddess Retreat: Lefkada, Greece

June 15th - 22nd 2026

What to Expect

A sacred pause on the island of Lefkada, the Greece Goddess Retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself. For seven nights, you’ll be held by sea views, nourishing meals, gentle morning movement, and the unhurried rhythm of Greek living. This retreat offers space to breathe, reconnect, and remember who you are beneath the noise - through community, nature, and moments of true rest.

❋ Experiences & Exploration

You’ll enjoy a private all‑day boat tour to hidden beaches only accessible by water, with time to swim, sun, rest, and visit a local village for lunch. Throughout the week, expect nature connection, self‑care workshops, yoga, breathwork sessions, and spacious free time to wander, read, nap, or simply be.

❋ Nourishment

All meals are prepared by a private chef and crafted to support energy, digestion, pleasure, and deep nourishment. Meals are slow, shared, grounding, and become part of the medicine of the week.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Guided by Sally and Christy, who bring together decades of clinical wisdom, somatic healing, and embodied leadership. Their shared approach creates a grounded, safe space where women can soften, breathe, and return to themselves.

A stone pathway winds through a lush garden with tall trees and bushes on both sides. The sky is clear and blue with some clouds, and there are mountains in the background.
❋ A Supportive Space

You’ll stay in a private retreat villa in Lefkada with shared Sea View rooms, intimate gathering spaces, and a pool overlooking the sea. The villa offers a calm, nurturing setting with a Sea View yoga shala and plenty of space to rest, reflect, and truly exhale.

What Awaited us in Greece

A blend of sacred pause, sea-soaked adventure, and embodied presence.

A bedroom with two single beds, each with white bedding, pillows, and towels, separated by a nightstand with a lamp. A decorative canopy hangs above the beds, and there is a large window on the right side with wooden framing. A red wicker rocking chair is on the left side, and a striped rug lies on the tile floor.

Accommodations

We stayed in a private retreat villa in Lefkada with shared Sea View rooms, gathering spaces for circles, and a pool overlooking the sea. The villa offered a calm, intimate setting with a Sea View yoga shala to restore and renew. Shared rooms were intentional here, the retreat was about belonging, gentle connection, and not doing it all alone, with thoughtful roommate pairings and plenty of space throughout the villa for privacy, rest, and quiet whenever we needed it. Our privacy was honored, and many women say their roommate connection becomes one of the most meaningful parts.

Movement

Each morning begun in the open‑air yoga shala with gentle breath and movement as the sun rises over the sea. This was not a workout, but a return - a slow, intentional way to meet your body with presence, ease, and curiosity. These practices helped us soften into ourselves, regulate our nervous system, and begin the day feeling grounded, open, and connected. The movement was gentle, and all were invited to honor their body every step of the way.

Rhythm

We were guided into gentle, intuitive ways of connecting with nature and water, along with workshops on self‑care and self‑love that supported our inner world and helped us soften into yourselves. The retreat followed the true Greek rhythm - food, presence, beauty, simplicity, connection - never rushing, always savoring. Instead of trying to see everything, we let Greece work on us. All had spacious free time to walk to the local beach, wander into town, read, rest by the pool, or enjoy a massage, choosing whatever their body needed in each moment.

All-Day Boat Tour

One of the most unforgettable parts of this retreat was our private, all‑day boat tour - a full day on the sea visiting hidden coves and secluded beaches only accessible by boat. We swam, rested, laughed, and let the water hold whatever we had been carrying. Midday, we stopped in a small local village for lunch, enjoying authentic Greek food and the ease of true slow living. It’s a day of beauty, connection, and pure presence.

For the Woman Ready to Return to Herself

This retreat is for the woman who moves through life with strength and competence, yet feels a quiet tiredness beneath it all. It’s for the one who is always steady for others and is finally ready to exhale, to be supported, and to feel herself again. It’s for the woman who longs for genuine connection, who wants to trust her body’s wisdom, and who craves space where she doesn’t have to perform, produce, or hold everything together.

It’s for you if you’re yearning for deeper nourishment, meaningful conversation, and a rhythm that lets you breathe. If the idea of being near the sea feels like a calling rather than a vacation, you’ll feel at home here.

This retreat may not be the right fit if you prefer a tightly scheduled itinerary, constant stimulation, or environments that stay on the surface. It’s also not ideal if shared rooms or community‑style connection feel uncomfortable for where you are right now.

Because this isn’t a getaway. It’s a coming home.

A coming home to your body. A coming home to your breath. A coming home to the part of you that leads from intuition, emotion, and truth.

Here, your feminine is honored. Your rest is valid. Your choices matter. This is a space where your essence is welcomed without conditions, and where community is built through safety, presence, and real connection.

Sally Davidson

Sally is a Registered Nurse and embodied leadership guide who has spent decades supporting others through moments of vulnerability, transition, and deep human complexity. Her own journey back to wholeness began when her body asked for the presence she had long given everyone else. Through breathwork, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and energy work, she learned to feel safe in her body again - and now helps other women do the same. Sally creates grounded, spacious environments where women can exhale, reconnect with their inner authority, and remember the wisdom already living within them.
