The Soulful Experience is an 8‑week journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and create a rhythm of practices that support your nervous system, your spirit, and your everyday life. More Than a Class. A Practice of Coming Home.

The Soulful Experience is an eight‑week mind‑body journey for women who are ready to stop pushing and start listening.

Each week, you'll gather live with Christy for a guided 60‑minute practice that blends somatic breathwork, meditation, Ayurveda, yoga, and tai chi into one deeply grounding experience. Together, these practices create a gentle pathway back to your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom.

As the seasons shift into fall, we'll move through themes of grounding, restoration, flow, gratitude, and embodiment, creating a steady rhythm of support during a time when many women feel scattered, depleted, or stretched thin.

For the Woman Craving a Different Rhythm

The Soulful Experience was created for the woman who feels both wired and tired — the womenwho knows needs to slow down but isn't sure how to do it without falling behind. It's for those who are sensitive to stress, noise, and the energy of the world around them, and who are longing for practices that feel nurturing rather than overwhelming. If you've been searching for a steady weekly rhythm instead of another all‑or‑nothing wellness program, and if you're curious about how breathwork, meditation, Ayurveda, yoga, and tai chi can support your nervous system, this space was designed with you in mind.

You'll feel at home here if you're ready to actively participate in your own healing and wellbeing through simple, sustainable practices that fit into real life. This series is not about perfection or performance; it's about showing up exactly as you are and gradually building a deeper relationship with yourself. It may not be the right fit if you're looking for a high‑intensity workout, hoping someone else will do the healing for you, or currently need individualized trauma support that would be better served in a private setting.

No experience is required. Every class offers gentle options, and you're always encouraged to move, rest, sit, stand, or lie down according to what your body needs. This is a space where you can trust yourself, honor your pace, and come home to your own rhythm.

Less than $19 per class for live instruction, replay access, weekly teachings, movement practices, breathwork, meditation, and integration support.
