Chapter 4
IN THIS LESSON
Self‑love is not egoic—it is a sacred act of devotion to the Divine spark within you. It is the remembrance that beneath every story you’ve carried, every wound you’ve endured, and every pattern you’ve repeated, there is an essence in you that has never been harmed, never been diminished, never been lost.
You are not your past, your pain, or your patterns. These are experiences you’ve lived through, not identities you must carry. They are chapters, not definitions. When you soften your grip on who you think you’ve had to be, you create space for who you truly are to rise.
